
Accommodation
The conference has secured rooms at special discounted rates for delegates and bookings can be made during the registration process. You will be required to select the room type, arrival and departure dates and provide full prepayment in advance to secure your booking.
Please note that accommodation can only be booked via your registration dashboard until Friday, 23 January 2026.

Some committee members and speakers have been contacted by third-party companies—often overseas—posing as event managers. These scammers ask for credit card or financial information under the pretense of booking accommodation or flights. They can be quite persistent and may falsely claim to be affiliated with the event, using names like “Business Travel Management.” These companies are not authorised or endorsed by the conference organisers.
Please note:
ASN Events will never ask a third party to collect your financial information. The only time you will be asked to provide payment details is when booking accommodation via our secure external booking tool. For all other conference costs, you will receive an official invoice from an ASN staff member, always sent from an @asnevents.net.au email address and featuring our letterhead.

We take your privacy and data security seriously and use secure IT systems to protect all personal and financial information.

Accommodation can be booked via an external booking tool, during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by Friday, 23 January 2026. Several payment options are available, see you the payment details on the external booking detail provided by each hotel.
Accommodation bookings not paid for by Friday, 23 January 2026 will be cancelled.

No further changes are accepted after Friday, 23 January 2026.

Accommodation booked as part of the conference registration process can be cancelled in full with no penalty, as long as your request to cancel is made by Friday, 23 January 2026. All cancellations must be made in writing directly to the hotel
Within 35 days of the conference, all rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the agreed rate.

Each guest will be asked for a credit card upon check-in.
